Therapeutic Yoga ~~~ All levels

Therapeutic Yoga is a blend of healing modalities - restorative yoga, gentle yoga, breathwork, guided meditation, and hands-on healing - which creates an experience of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.  With the use of props, this practice offers unique ways to support the special needs of each individual which fosters a safe place for the process of healing to take place.   Appropriate for beginners and experienced yogis alike, this entire practice is done on the floor: making it available to those who might not be able to participate in a regular yoga class due to physical weaknesses or limitations.  For more information about Therapeutic Yoga, visit www.therapeuticyoga.com.
